Want to have a nice little break from all the stress of finals? On December 6 there are two big events here on campus that you can stop by and enjoy. One being the Celebration of Light, held by SGA. The other being Late Night Breakfast held by the Office of Student Involvement.

Starting at 6pm, the Celebration of Light will be held on the Green Space. It is a great opportunity to enjoy the holidays and see the green space lit up in all of its glory.

SGA will be lighting up our campus for this tradition the school has held each year. It is a great time to look forward to the happiness and joys of all the holidays ahead.

At the celebration of lights there will also be the chance to make your own hot chocolate packets and eat some delicious candies and cookies from different cultures.

Then from 9pm- 11pm in the dining hall, join the Office of Student Involvement for Late Night Breakfast.

The theme this semester is “Retro.” There will be prizes and giveaways, a chance to get a custom airbrushed hat and even a donut wall. There will be retro arcade games to play and later on big money bingo will start, with even more prizes than usual.

Right now, for this event there are hidden power ups being placed around campus. If you find one you can get the chance to skip certain lines, even one letting you get an extra bingo board.

Come check out these events tonight and get involved, there will be lots of laughter and fun.
