I have been staring at a blank word document for 20 minutes, trying to come up with post-grad life advice that, along with being helpful, is clear and concise. I believe I struggled with this because, that is not life!

Most of the time, life will be messy and confusing. Especially in your twenties, you are trying to figure out what really matters, who really matters, and why it matters! You will struggle, but trust your struggle. What this means to you, I will leave for you to decide. In the meantime, here are some messy and maybe confusing bits of life advice to match your messy confusing life…

Breathe. Strive to be balanced, not the best. It is not what you have but who. Be kind. Now be kinder. Fulfill your sweet tooth All strength is built, not born. Give yourself room to grow.

Breathe more. Take a multivitamin.

Forgive yourself. Forgive them. Never snooze your alarm. Be grateful. Don’t bottle up your emotions. Follow nature. Sleep, sleep, sleep. Drink more water. Put your phone down What you think, you become. Welcome silence. Don’t settle for less. It is not supposed to be easy.

Stretch every day. Recycle. Did I already say fulfill your sweet tooth? Have self respect. Welcome a challenge. Welcome failure.

Breathe even more. Save your money for what matters. Know your needs from your wants. Slow down. Don’t let your laundry pile up. Love is love. Share. Don’t try, do. Be organized. Laugh multiple times a day. Ask for help. Be silly.

Keep breathing.

Trust your struggle.
